My First Scrum - 1.目標

前言

小弟剛開始接觸Scrum，先拜讀了 Robert Cecil Martin的《Agile Software Development: Principles, Patterns, and Practices》、Kenneth S. Rubin的《Essential Scrum》以及Jeff Sutherland 《scrum: the art of doing twice the work in half the time》這幾本書以及參考了幾篇paper建立起我對Scrum的初步理解。

由於小弟只是小本經營的SOHO族又是Scrum新手，一直希望打造一個完整、明確的Scrum實踐方法，就開始將Scrum導入到我的專案開發上，我接觸的專案類型大部分是web-based的系統開發。有許多兼差接案的特性像是開發人員分散各地、團隊成員不固定、缺乏敏捷開發的經驗，都會造成導入Scrum的困難度提升，導致執行起來總是覺得不夠漂亮。而同時身為窮酸又苦命的研究生，時間與成本因素，學習成效很難靠報名課程、參加研討會或參與已具備經驗的團隊之類的活動快速累積經驗，於是乎決定打帶跑，直接實踐一個我專屬的Scrum系統，這也是我開始這個計劃的主因，以下是我的目標：

• 動手設計與實踐Scrum，透過自身的專案經驗去驗證方法的可行性與盲點
• 利用社群網路以及網友的意見回饋，改進這套系統
• 讓樂於分享意見的人，給予我一些批評或指教
• 提供有興趣了解Scrum的人可以有一個參考的對象（文章和各種批評指教都是值得參考的）

這一系列的文章，除了希望大家集思廣益之外，我個人也會持續閱讀與推薦相關書籍、論文或文章。而這個計劃對而言也是連續迭代的Sprint，大致包含了方法雛形建立、實際案例驗證、收集回饋、反省等流程，透過不斷循環的迭代改進系統並朝目標邁進。
